Philadelphia Eagles: America’s Team

On Wednesday, September 5, at 9 Pm on NFL Network, “America’s Game: 2017 Eagles” will air as a documentary on the Super Bowl Champion Eagles. It will be preceded by “Philly Special: Doug Pederson and the 2017 Eagles” at 8 Pm.

In “America’s Game,” the four players prominently featured are Carson Wentz, Brandon Graham, LaGarrette Blount, and the MVP Nick Foles. Per Ben Livingston from 94.1 WIP, LaGarrette Blount is featured prominently in the show, being shown often in the first 15 minutes.

David Boreanaz is narrating “America’s Game,” and Leslie Odom Jr. will be voicing “Philly Special”

Another notable Eagles news piece from this week is Bud Light creating a statue for Lincoln Financial Field. In the trailer for the statue, it seems as though it’s a statue of Doug Pederson, a.k.a. Doug Big Balls. It’s not clear if they’re going to make his balls the correct abnormally large size, but either way Dougie is getting the statue he deserves for bringing this city its first Super Bowl.
